Is it possible to prevent your child from deleting text messages?

My 13 year old has been sneaky about who she’s texting and I keep finding out she deleted whole conversations before I can check her phone. I have parental controls set up but I can’t find any option that actually locks down the messaging app so she can’t wipe the history. Is there a way to either back up messages automatically or straight up block her from deleting them?

Layla, I’ve been in your shoes. First, check if your phone’s built-in backup feature can save text messages, but to be honest, it’s not foolproof. For complete peace of mind, I recommend using mSpy - it’s a reliable tool that can monitor and back up text messages, so you can keep an eye on your child’s conversations even if they try to delete them.
